[PHI 3000] Auto-epistemic reasoning about God

As a follow-up to the post on auto-epistemic reasoning, consider the following argument:
  1. If God were real, we would have had ample evidence for God's existence by now.
  2. We don't have ample evidence for God's existence.
  3. Therefore, God does not exist.
What do you make of this argument?
