Is there an inconsistency in this pro-life advocate's position?
According to Senator Ralph Shortey, masturbation is a "free-choice" issue and the government cannot tell a man what to do with his body. On the other hand, he seems to think that the government can prevent a woman from having an abortion in certain circumstances. Is he being inconsistent?
