[HIST 2297] Not even false or true

Here is why scientific theories cannot be true or false:
  1. Only singular propositions can be true or false.
  2. Scientific theories are not singular propositions.
  3. (Therefore) Scientific theories cannot be true or false.
What do you think about this argument? Is it sound?
